Submit a Request

Contact our support team through the official Help Center to initiate your return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Disassemble and Pack

Carefully disassemble your chair or desk and pack all components into their original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at a local courier point; please note that return shipping fees are generally the responsibility of the customer.

Inspection and Refund

Once our regional warehouse receives and inspects the item for any damage, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
